Winter Weather Precautions
As the weather dips to freezing or near-freezing temperatures, please take the following precautions in your apartment:
Let your faucets drip in your kitchen and bathrooms to prevent pipes from freezing.
Use only your heater to prevent our AC units from freezing. Please do not use your AC.
Inform the office if you plan to be gone for an extended period of time. Also, have a friend or family member check on the apartment regularly to ensure the heat is working and the water is running.
Bring all potted plants inside to protect them from harsh weather. And of course, make sure pets are inside when you are away from home.
