We hope that you are having a great start to Autumn, and that you are enjoying residency here at Nottingham Place. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• Junior Residents are Invited to Stop by the Leasing Office October 31st from 2pm to 6pm for Special Halloween Treats!
  

• Trick or treating hours are from 6pm to 9pm on Halloween. If you plan to go trick or treating, please make sure you have a flash light with you and your children are with an adult. Let’s make it a safe and fun event.
  

• If you would like Trick or Treaters to visit you on Halloween night, we have a paper Halloween sign you can display on your front door or window. This tells the Trick or Treaters that they can knock on your door for Halloween. Call the office if you would like a sign for Halloween night. Children, remember, if you do not see an orange sign, do not ring the doorbell.
  

• Parents Keep An Eye On Your Kids. Parents please supervise your children when they are out playing. This is for their safety and your peace of mind.
  

• Please use flame-less (battery operated) candles in your Jack-O-Lanterns, DO NOT USE CANDLES or OPEN FLAMES
  

• This Halloween season, don’t let your fitness goals vanish into thin air. Coach Jon-Jon is here to help you stay strong and scare-proof!
