• Junior Residents are Invited to Stop by the Leasing Office Friday, Oct. 30th from 9am to 6pm for Special Halloween Treats!
  

• Trick or Treating hours are from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. Let’s make it a safe and fun event.
  

• Parents Keep An Eye On Your Kids. Parents please supervise your children when they are out trick or treating and playing. This is for their safety and your peace of mind.
  

• Please use flame-less (battery operated) candles in your Jack-O-Lanterns, DO NOT USE CANDLES or OPEN FLAMES
  

• Exciting Improvements Are Underway! Nottingham Place is getting a fresh new look! We are beginning an exterior painting and pressure-washing project throughout the community. Work will be completed in small sections over the next several weeks to help minimize disruption. Residents will receive advance notice when work is scheduled for their specific area, along with any preparation instructions. We appreciate your patience while we work to refresh and improve the appearance of our community, and we’re excited to see the finished results!

• Oven Safety Reminder. For your safety and to help prevent damage to your appliance, please avoid using the self-cleaning feature on your oven. The extremely high temperatures can cause excessive smoke, overheating, or damage, particularly when grease or food debris is present. Please use traditional/manual cleaning methods instead.

  
  

• Patio & Balcony Reminder. Help us keep Nottingham Place looking its best! Patios and balconies are limited to approved outdoor furniture and plants only and may not be used for storage. Privacy screens may not be attached to railings, and all decor must remain inside the patio area. Please do not hang or attach anything to the stucco, siding, or doors.
