• By order of The Fire Marshall, grills and propane tanks are strictly prohibited from use or storage on all patios and balconies. There are several grills located throughout the property available for use. Remember to never leave hot grills unattended. We ask that each resident leave the grill clean for the next resident’s use.
  

• 🌞🏊‍ Dive in and cool off in the Nottingham Place pool! Our pool is open from dawn till dusk. Please remember, only 1 guest per household and floats are not allowed.    Please take the time to review our Pool Rules & Regulations with your family.
  

• Please be courteous to your neighbors when using the basketball courts.
  

• If you are in need of a new A/C Filter contact the office at 281-727-1200.
