Autumn is quickly approaching! We hope that you had a great summer and that you are sincerely enjoying residency here at Nottingham Place. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The Leasing Office will be Closed Monday, September 1st in Observance of Labor Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 281-727-1200.
Please drive slowly through and around the community. Remember, both elementary and high school students are walking in the area. Your caution helps keep everyone safe!
Carports are available for $25 a month! Call the leasing office at 281-727-1200, we'd be happy to help you with that.
🌞🏊 Dive in and cool off at the Nottingham Place pool! Our pool is open from dawn until dusk. Please remember that only one guest per household is allowed, and floats are not permitted. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you bring a guest, the leaseholder must be present throughout their visit. Please take the time to review our Pool Rules & Regulations with your family.
