We hope that you are enjoying this beautiful summer weather along with your residency here at Aylesbury Farms. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The Leasing Office will be closed July 3rd and 4th in observance of our nation's Independence Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 770-476-5515.
🏊♂️💦 Our pools are open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM! Dive into fun and explore our newly renovated areas. Please note, all children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult resident who is at least 21 years old. 🌞 Don't miss out on the summer vibes! Please take the time to review our Pool Rules & Regulations with your family.
By order of the Fire Marshal, grills and propane tanks are not permitted for use or storage in the community, and this policy is strictly enforced for everyone’s safety. Residents are invited to enjoy the community grills provided by Aylesbury Farms at the Family Recreation Center while taking advantage of the amenities. Please be courteous and clean the grill after use, and properly dispose of all trash so it is ready for the next resident to enjoy.

If you notice that your air conditioner isn't cooling as it normally does or is blowing warm air, the first thing you should check is the AC filter. A dirty air filter won't allow that refreshing cool air to properly pass through it. If you have any problems please call the office at 770-476-5515 right away, so you can remain cool in these hot summer temperatures.
