Autumn is quickly approaching! We hope that you had a great summer and that you are sincerely enjoying residency here at Aylesbury Farms. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The leasing office will be Closed Monday, September 7th in Observance of Labor Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 770-476-5515.

Safety First! Please help keep Aylesbury Farms safe for everyone. Children should not run or play in the road and must always be accompanied by an adult. Drivers are reminded that the community speed limit is 10 MPH. Thank you for helping create a safe environment for all residents!
🏊‍♂️💦 Our pools are open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM! Dive into fun and explore our 11,000 sq. ft. Family Recreation Area. Please note, all children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult resident who is at least 21 years old.
Please take the time to review our Pool Rules & Regulations with your family.
Fitness Center Reminder: For the safety and comfort of all residents, guests and anyone under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Fitness Center.
Detached garages are available—perfect for shielding your vehicle from sun, rain, snow, and more. Contact our office staff at 770-476-5515 to check availability.
Act fast—spaces are limited and reserved for vehicle parking only!
Patio furniture and plants are welcome additions to your outdoor space. To help keep our community looking its best, please keep patios neat, tidy, and free of clutter.

Pet Etiquette: We would like to thank all the pet owners who follow the pet ordinances. Please remember to utilize our pet waste stations or your own supplies when walking your pet on community grounds.
All pets must be leashed at all times!
