Leasing Office Holiday Hours:

Christmas Week: Monday, Dec. 22nd: 9AM to 5PM Tuesday, Dec. 23rd: 9AM to 5PM

Wednesday, Dec. 24th: 10AM to 2PM

Thursday, Dec. 25th: CLOSED

Friday, Dec. 26th: 10AM to 3PM

New Years Week:

Monday, Dec. 29th: 9AM to 5PM

Tuesday, Dec. 30th: 9AM to 5PM

Wednesday, Dec. 31st: 10AM to 2PM

Thursday, Jan. 1st: CLOSED

Friday, Jan. 2nd: 9AM to 5PM

• We’re excited to announce enhancements are underway at the clubhouse! From refreshed interiors to upgraded amenities, we’re creating a space that’s more inviting, functional, and fun for everyone.

  Please refer your friends and family to come and view our new look. We hope you enjoy the improvements as much as we do!

  
  

• Holiday Decorating Reminder Please do not permanently attach Christmas lights/decorations to any buildings or structures. Do not pierce or penetrate any part of the building including the patio/balcony, etc.
  

• Holiday Packages. Residents please remember to include your apartment number when online ordering. This is to insure that your UPS, FED EX, Amazon etc. packages are delivered directly to your door. Aylesbury Farms is not responsible for any lost packages.
  

• Please remember to keep your heat at a minimum of 68 degrees. This is to avoid freezing pipes/ sprinkler burst.
  

• Car wash is closed for the winter season.

• Pet Etiquette: We would like to thank all the pet owners who follow the pet ordinances. Please remember to utilize our pet waste stations or your own supplies when walking your pet on community grounds. All pets must be leashed at all times!
