Important Information From Your Leasing Office

Autumn is quickly approaching! We hope that you had a great summer and that you are sincerely enjoying residency here at Aylesbury Farms. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• The leasing office will be Closed Monday, September 1st in Observance of Labor Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 770-476-5515.
  

• Safety First! We kindly ask that children avoid running and playing in the road. While we love seeing kids having fun, we want to make sure everyone stays safe, especially with cars coming and going. Let’s work together to prevent accidents and keep our community safe!
  

• 🏊‍♂️💦 Our pools are open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM!  Dive into fun and explore our newly renovated areas. Please note, all children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult resident who is at least 21 years old.

  Please take the time to review our Pool Rules & Regulations with your family.
  

• Detached garages are available—perfect for shielding your vehicle from sun, rain, snow, and more. Contact our office staff at 770-476-5515 to check availability.

  Act fast—spaces are limited and reserved for vehicle parking only!

• Pet Etiquette: We would like to thank all the pet owners who follow the pet ordinances. Please remember to utilize our pet waste stations or your own supplies when walking your pet on community grounds. All pets must be leashed at all times!
