Important Information From Your Leasing Office

We hope that you are having a great start to Autumn, and that you are enjoying residency here at Aylesbury Farms. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• Trick or Treating hours are from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Parents, please accompany and supervise your little ghouls and goblins to help keep the evening safe and fun for everyone.
  

• 🎃 Want Trick or Treaters on Halloween night? If you'd like to welcome Trick or Treaters, we have special paper Halloween signs that you can display on your front door or window. This lets the little ghouls and goblins know they can knock on your door for some Halloween fun! Remember, kids: if you don’t see an orange sign, please don’t ring the doorbell!
  

• Junior Residents are invited to stop by the leasing office on Friday, Oct. 30th from 3:00PM to 5:00PM for a Halloween Treat!
  

• Traveling Soon? Don’t Turn Off Your Thermostat! Even if you're away, please keep your thermostat on and set to auto mode. This helps maintain a safe indoor temperature and saves energy while you're gone.
  

• Please help keep our community safe by observing the 10 MPH speed limit throughout the property.
  

• For their safety, children should be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times when playing outdoors.
  

• Help keep our community looking its best by maintaining a clean and tidy patio. Only patio furniture and plants are permitted on patios and balconies
