We hope that you are enjoying this beautiful spring weather along with your residency here at Aylesbury Farms. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The leasing office is closed Monday, May 26th in observance of Memorial Day.
If you are in need of pest control services, please don't hesitate to contact the office at (770) 476-5515 to schedule your appointment. Our service day is every Thursday.
Prepare your cooling system. To ensure your A/C is working properly, turn your air conditioner on early in the season before the hot summer sets in. If you have any problems call the office right away so you can remain cool when the summer temperatures start to rise.
Pools are open daily 8:30am to 8:00pm.
All children under 16 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult resident who is at least 21 years of age. Please take the time to review our Pool Rules & Regulations.
Please ensure that all patios and balconies are kept clean and free of clutter. Only patio furniture is permitted in these areas. Do not store garbage bags on patios or balconies at any time. Please view this IMPORTANT PATIO/BALCONY CLEANLINESS REMINDER from your Leasing Office.
It's spring cleaning time. Take advantage of this beautiful spring weather and clean out your patios and garages. Take any unwanted "junk" to Junk Yard Atlanta" located at 2157 Moreland Ave. SE, Atlanta, GA 30315. Don't forget about that over crowded hall closet. Donate those old coats to the "Goodwill Donation Center" located at 10955 Jones Bridge Rd., Alpharetta.
Please remember that our community waste containers are designated for household trash only. Please refrain from disposing of large furniture items such as couches, chairs, mattresses, televisions, and other bulky electronics in or around our trash containers. Thank you for your cooperation.
