• 🏊‍♂️💦 Our pools are open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM!  Dive into fun and explore our 11,000 Sq. Ft. Family Recreation Area. Please note, all children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult resident who is at least 21 years old. Don't miss out on the summer vibes! Please take the time to review our Pool Rules & Regulations with your family.
  

• Help keep our community BEAUTIFUL by keeping your balconies and patios free from clutter.
  

• Please take the time to review our Important AC/Humidity Notice.
  

• If you notice that your air conditioner isn't cooling as it normally does or is blowing warm air, the first thing you should check is the AC filter. A dirty air filter won't allow that refreshing cool air to properly pass through it. If you have any problems please call the office at 770-476-5515 right away, so you can remain cool in these hot summer temperatures.
  

• 🏋️‍♂️ Gym Etiquette Reminder: To keep our fitness space safe and enjoyable for everyone, please remember:

  • Return all weights and equipment to their proper place after each use.

  • No guests are allowed in the gym.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to enter.
