Important Information From Your Leasing Office

Autumn is quickly approaching! We hope that you had a great summer and that you are sincerely enjoying residency at San Tropez Apartments. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The Leasing Office will be Closed Monday, September 7th in Observance of Labor Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 702-221-4200.
Our main pool will remain open 24 hours a day, year-round. The secondary pool on the property will remain open 24 hours a day through the end of the summer.
Vehicle Registration: Please ensure that all vehicles parked on the property have current and up-to-date registration. This helps us maintain a safe and organized environment for everyone.
We have multiple garages available throughout the property on a month-to-month basis for $125 per month. Garages can be rented at any time, subject to availability. Simply contact a leasing consultant for more information. Garage remotes are provided at the time you take possession of the garage at no additional charge.
Gate remotes can be purchased for a $50.00 deposit in the office.
The gym is accessible 24 hours a day with the purchase of a $50 fitness key. This fee is a deposit and will be refunded at the time of move-out, provided the key is returned. If you would like to use the gym during business hours, you are welcome to access it through the front office.
Don't forget to take advantage of our dog park! Located in Southwest corner of the property, by the RV parking. Review the park rules before bringing your pet for the first time.
As the colder months approach, please contact the front office if you would like your fireplace pilot light turned on.
We also encourage you to test your heaters to ensure they are properly warming your apartment. If you experience any issues, simply give our office a call, and we will have our maintenance team take a look.
