The leasing office is closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.
What is Memorial Day?
Our second pool near buildings 9, 4, 6, and 11 will be open 24 hours starting Memorial Day, May 22nd. Please review the Pool Rules with your family.
As summer approaches, we kindly remind all residents to ensure their patios and balconies are clean for the upcoming season. Let's welcome the warmer weather with a fresh and inviting outdoor space! Please note that we do not allow shades on balcony or patio spaces.
Prepare your cooling system. To ensure your A/C is working properly, turn your air conditioner on early in the season before the hot summer sets in. If you have any problems, call the office right away so you can remain cool when the summer temperatures start to rise.
Should you require pest control services, please do not hesitate to reach out to the office at (702) 221-4200 to arrange your appointment. Pest control comes every Tuesday morning. If you have any pest concerns, please be sure to call the office so we can schedule them to spray inside or outside of your apartment.

Residents can purchase a gym key in the office for a $50.00 deposit and enjoy 24-hour access.
