Important Information From Your Leasing Office

We hope that you are having a great start to Autumn, and that you are enjoying residency here at San Tropez Apartments. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

•  Please stop by the office to get a Halloween treat on October 31^st during business hours, 9:00am to 6:00pm.

• Trick or Treating hours are from 6pm to 9pm. If you plan to go trick or treating, please make sure you have a flash light with you and your children are with an adult. Let’s make it a safe and fun event.
  

• Parents Keep An Eye On Your Kids. Parents please supervise your children when they are out playing. This is for their safety and your peace of mind.
  

•  Back pool is now closed for the season.

  
  

• Garages are currently available for rent! $125 a month with a $50.00 refundable garage remote deposit. If interested, please call the leasing office at 702-221-4200. We would love to help.
  

• Please check to make sure your heater is working as we approach colder winter months.
  

• Pet Etiquette: We would like to thank all the pet owners who follow the pet ordinances. Remember to utilize our pet waste stations or your own supplies when walking your pet on community grounds. All pets must be leashed at all times! Please report anyone not following these ordinances to the leasing office. Thank you for your continued care of our community.
