We hope that you are enjoying this beautiful summer weather along with your residency here at San Tropez Apartments. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The Leasing Office will be Closed Friday, July 4th in observance of our nation's Independence Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 702-221-4200.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited in our apartment community by order of the Fire Marshal. If you are caught lighting fireworks within the community, you will be charged a hefty fine.
🚫 Grills are not allowed for use or storage on any patios or balconies. Enjoy our grilling area located on the East side of buildings 9 and 21! Please ensure all trash is properly disposed of and leave the grill clean for the next resident’s use. 🗑️ Please clean up after grilling. Dispose of all ashes in metal buckets provided and all trash in trash receptacles.
Summer is here—don't miss out on our stunning 24-hour pools and the cozy fireplace at the main pool! Please take a moment to review our pool rules and regulations with your family. Enjoy the sunshine! ☀️
🌞 Please remember to change your AC filters regularly during the summer months to keep your AC running efficiently. 🌬️
🐾 Attention Pet Owners: We appreciate all pet owners who adhere to the pet ordinances. Please use our pet waste stations or your own supplies when walking your pet on community grounds. And remember, all pets must be leashed at all times. Thank you for helping keep our community clean and safe!
