We hope that you are enjoying this beautiful summer weather along with your residency here at San Tropez Apartments. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Grills are not allowed for use or storage on any patios or balconies. Residents are welcome to use the designated grilling area located on the east side of Buildings 9 and 21. Please ensure all trash is properly disposed of and leave the grill clean for the next resident’s use. Ashes should be placed in the metal buckets provided, and all other waste must be discarded in the appropriate trash receptacles. Glass bottles are strictly prohibited in the grilling area.
Don't forget to take advantage of our stunning 24-hour pools and the cozy fireplace at the main pool. Please take a moment to review our pool rules and regulations with your family. Please note that the second pool will be closed starting September 30th.
Please remember to change your AC filters regularly during the summer months to keep your AC running efficiently.
🐾 Attention Pet Owners: We appreciate all pet owners who adhere to the pet ordinances. Please use our pet waste stations or your own supplies when walking your pet on community grounds. And remember, all pets must be leashed at all times. Thank you for helping keep our community clean and safe!
