Leasing Office Holiday Hours:

Wednesday, December 24th: 9:00am to 1:00pm

Thursday, December 25th: CLOSED

Wednesday, Dec. 31st: 9:00am to 3:00pm

Wednesday, January 1st: CLOSED

• Holiday Decorating Reminder Please do not permanently attach Christmas lights/decorations to any buildings or structures. Do not pierce or penetrate any part of the building including the patio/balcony, etc.
  

• Heater and Air Filter Maintenance As the colder months approach, please ensure your heater is functioning properly and your air filter is clean. If you need any assistance, don't hesitate to contact the office. We're here to help!
  

• Garages are currently available for rent! $125 a month with a $50.00 refundable garage remote deposit. If interested, please call the leasing office at 702-221-4200. We would love to help. Thank you for your continued care of our community.
