Autumn is quickly approaching! We hope that you had a great summer and that you are sincerely enjoying residency here at Silver Stream Apartments. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The Leasing Office will be Closed Monday, September 1st in Observance of Labor Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 702-365-1230.
Our East and West pools will be closing for the season on September 1st.
🐾 Attention Pet Owners: We appreciate all pet owners who adhere to the pet ordinances. Please use our pet waste stations or your own supplies when walking your pet on community grounds.And remember, all pets must be leashed at all times. Thank you for helping keep our community clean and safe!
