We hope that you are enjoying this beautiful summer weather along with your residency here at Silver Stream Apartments. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The Leasing Office will be closed July 4th in observance of our nation's Independence Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 702-365-1230.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited in our apartment community by order of the Fire Marshal. If you are caught lighting fireworks within the community, you will be charged a hefty fine.
Summer is in full effect, so be sure to enjoy our beautiful pools and picnic areas. Pool hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please take a moment to review the pool rules and regulations with your family before your next visit.
Beat the summer heat and stay active in our Fitness Center! Open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, it's the perfect place to stay cool and get moving!
🌞 Please remember to change your AC filters regularly during the summer months to keep your AC running efficiently.
🐾 Attention Pet Owners: We appreciate all pet owners who adhere to the pet ordinances. Please use our pet waste stations or your own supplies when walking your pet on community grounds. And remember, all pets must be leashed at all times. Thank you for helping keep our community clean and safe!
