Grilling Policy Reminder

By order of The Fire Marshall, grills and propane tanks are strictly prohibited from use or storage on all patios and balconies. You must have your grill at least ten-feet away from the building. This will be strictly enforced. Please enjoy the grills provided by Silver Stream. We ask that each resident properly dispose of all trash and leave the grill clean for the next resident’s use.
