Plan. Make a list of what you want to accomplish, with specific deadlines.
Work. Go for it; don’t think about it. It’s the thinking about it that makes
it torture.
Do the easy things first. It's always harder to start when you're still in the holiday mood. So, do the easier tasks first.
Plan a little treat to reward yourself. Plan something to brighten up your evening after your first day back at work.
