The Leasing Office will be closed July 3rd and 4th in observance of our nation's Independence Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 225-756-1320.
🚗📦 Need extra space? We have garages and storage rooms available for rent! To inquire, please call the office at 225-756-1320. We would love to help you out.
🚫🗑️ Please do not leave any trash bags, boxes, shoes, etc., by your front door at any time. All items need to be kept inside your apartment until you're ready to dispose of your trash. Double-bag leaky bags to avoid a mess! Thank you in advance for your compliance.

🏊‍♂️💦 Dive into pool season at The Regent! Our pool is open Monday through Sunday from 10 AM to 10 PM. No more than two guests per apartment are permitted, and guests must be accompanied by the leaseholder at all times. Food and glass are not permitted in the pool area at any time.
The Regent Gym: Remember, guests are never allowed in the gym. Contact Adrian at 225-756-1320 for more information on his current schedule, or to make personal training appointments. Watch for upcoming class dates.
