• Thank you for making our community look beautiful during the holiday season! Please Remove All HOLIDAY DECORATIONS from your patio, balcony, or front door by February 1st. Management will be inspecting the community. If guidelines are not met, possible fines may be assessed.

  The NFL playoffs are almost here! We hope you've been enjoying our grilling area this football season. As you get ready to grill up some delicious food for the big games, please remember to be mindful of your neighbors and clean up after yourself before heading back to your apartment to catch all the action!
  

• Your New Years Resolution Starts at The Regent's Fitness Center! Shed those holiday inches at The Regent gym open 24/7! Please remember guests are not permitted in the gym at any time, must be 18 years of age or older.
  

• New Year resolutions can be accomplished in our FREE gym. If you need guidance, you can get one-on-one assistance from Adrian Francois, our on-site personal trainer. He can help you get fit and stay active. Contact Adrian at 225-756-1320 for more information on his current schedule or to make personal training appointments.
  

• BY ORDER OF THE FIRE MARSHALL, we ask that families not store any personal belongings or items in the hallways. This includes placing your trash outside your apartment for even one minute. Please keep your trash inside your apartment until you are ready to take it to the trash bins.
  

• Please Leash And Pick Up After Your Pet All pet owners please be considerate of your neighbors and keep your pets on a leash and make sure to pick up after them. Also, don't forget to submit a picture of your fur babies to be put in the drawing for pet of the month.
