The leasing office is closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. What is Memorial Day?
Prepare your cooling system. To ensure your A/C is working properly, turn your air conditioner on early in the season before the hot summer sets in. Also, keep in mind that it is recommended that you change your A/C filter every 90 days. If you have any problems or questions please call the office so you can remain cool when the summer temperatures start to rise.
Pool season is upon us! The pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A maximum of two (2) guests per apartment is permitted, and all guests must be accompanied by the leaseholder at all times. Food and glass are not allowed in the pool area. Please review the pool rules with your family to help keep everyone safe and having fun. Please Review our Pool Rules
Stay and on track in our FREE gym! If you need guidance, you can get one-on-one assistance from our on-site personal trainer, Adrian Francois. Adrian can help you get fit and keep active. Contact Adrian at 225-756-1320 for more information on his current schedule, or to make personal training appointments. Watch for upcoming class dates. Please remember: No one under the age of 18 is permitted into the Fitness Center. For resident's use only, no guests permitted.
Pet Reminder: All pet owners, please be considerate of your neighbors by keeping pets on a leash and picking up after them.
