🔥 Grilling Area Reminder: Hey everyone! Summer’s heating up, and it’s the perfect time to enjoy our community grilling area. Whether you're flipping burgers or roasting veggies, we hope you make the most of it!
Just a few friendly reminders:
Be considerate of your neighbors — keep noise to a minimum and share the space.
Clean up after yourself — leave the area as you found it (or better!).
Need Extra Space? We have storage rooms available for rent! If you're interested in securing a garage, we can also add you to our garage waitlist.

🏋️♂️ Stay on track all summer long in our FREE fitness center! Remember, guests are never allowed in the gym. If you need guidance, you can get one-on-one assistance from our on-site personal trainer, Adrian Francois. Adrian can help you get fit and keep active. Contact Adrian at 225-756-1320 for more information on his current schedule, or to make personal training appointments.
BY ORDER OF THE FIRE MARSHALL, we ask that families not store any personal belongings or items by your front door at anytime. This includes trash bags, boxes, shoes etc. Thank you in advance for your compliance.
🏊♂️💦 Dive into pool season at The Regent! Our pool is open Monday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
To help everyone enjoy a safe and relaxing environment, please keep the following in mind:
A maximum of two (2) guests per apartment is allowed. Guests must be accompanied by the leaseholder at all times.
Food is not permitted in the pool area.
Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area at any time.
For everyone’s safety, please take a moment to review all pool rules and regulations with your household.
Kids getting stir-crazy in the house? Take them out for some fun at the playground or explore our nature trail. Don't forget to pack a snack to enjoy at one of our picnic tables.
