• ☕ Pop by the office anytime during business hours to grab a cup of coffee or tea at the coffee bar! 🍵
  

• 🚗📦 Need extra space? We have garages and storage rooms available for rent! To inquire, please call the office at 225-756-1320. We would love to help you out.
  

• 🏋️‍♂️ Our fitness center is open and ready to help you stay active all season long. Please remember that guests are not permitted in the gym at any time. If you’d like guidance, our on-site personal trainer, Adrian Francois, is available for one-on-one support. Adrian can help you get fit and stay motivated. To check his current schedule or book a personal training session, contact him at 225-756-1320.
  

• 🚫🗑️ Please do not leave any trash bags, boxes, shoes, etc., by your front door at any time. All items need to be kept inside your apartment until you're ready to dispose of your trash. Double-bag leaky bags to avoid a mess!

• 🏊‍♂️ Dive into pool season at The Regent! Our pool is open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM. Please be courteous to your neighbors and review the pool rules with your household. For everyone’s safety, no more than two guests per apartment are allowed, and they must be accompanied by the leaseholder at all times. Food and glass are not permitted in the pool area at any time. Enjoy the weather and stay safe!
  

• 🐾 Treat your pup to the ultimate pampering experience right at home with the dog wash salon at The Regent Apartments! No more messy bathrooms or stressful cleanups just a convenient, pet-friendly space designed to make bath time easy and enjoyable.
