Please note that the Leasing Office will be closed on Easter Sunday. We wish everyone a safe and happy Easter and Passover.
Treat your pup to the ultimate pampering experience right at home with the Dog Wash salon at The Regent Apartments! No more messy bathrooms or backaches being bent over a tub. We offer a convenient, dog-friendly space designed to make bath time easy and enjoyable. Whether it’s a quick rinse or a full spa day, your furry friend will love the attention, and you’ll love the simplicity. It’s just one more way The Regent makes life a little more comfortable for both you and your four-legged family members!

Prepare your cooling system. To ensure your A/C is working properly, turn your air conditioner on early in the season before the hot summer sets in. If you have any problems call the office right away so you can remain cool when the summer temperatures start to rise.
Stay on track in our FREE gym! If you need guidance, you can get one-on-one assistance from on-site personal trainer, Adrian Francois. Adrian can help you get fit and keep active. Contact Adrian at 225-756-1320 for more information on his current schedule, or to make personal training appointments. Please remember: No one under the age of 18 is permitted into the Fitness Center. For resident's use only, no guests permitted.
The pool area is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please note that no more than two guests per apartment are permitted at the pool, and all guests must be accompanied by the leaseholder at all times. Friendly Reminder: Keep Our Community Clean! Please ensure that no trash bags, boxes, shoes, or other items are left on your patio or by your front door at any time. When taking out your trash, please bring it directly to the compactor. Let's work together to keep our community tidy and welcoming for everyone!
Grilling Areas. We hope you enjoy the grilling areas. Please remember to be mindful of your neighbors and clean up after yourself before heading back to your home.
All pet owners please be considerate of your neighbors; keep your pets on a leash and make sure to pick up after them.
