Important Information From Your Leasing Office

We hope that you are having a great start to Autumn, and that you are enjoying residency here at The Regent. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• Please stop by the office to get a Halloween treat on October 31^st during business hours.

  
  

• Trick or Treating Hours are from 6pm to 8pm. If you plan to go trick or treating, please make sure you have a flash light with you and your children are with an adult. Let’s make it a safe and fun event.
  

• Parents Keep An Eye On Your Kids. Parents please supervise your children when they are out playing. This is for their safety and your peace of mind.
  

• We are offering 7’ x 5’ storage rooms for rent, as well as convenient stand-alone garages available for lease, currently on waitlist.  Please call the office at 225-756-1320 for more information. 
  

• Freshly Opened: Dog Wash & Salon Back in August, we celebrated the grand opening of our brand-new Dog Wash and salon, located near Building 10 next to the Car Care Center. It’s the perfect spot to pamper your furry friends after a spooky stroll or adventure.
  

• Don’t Ghost the Gym This October!

  Hey! October is here and that means it’s time to haunt the 24/7 gym instead of ghosting it! Join our very own Hulk of a trainer, Adrian Francois, who offers personal training sessions at reasonable rates.

  If you have any questions, feel free to call the office at 225-756-1320 during office hours. Remember: guests are never allowed in the gym. 

  
  

• All pet owners please be considerate of your neighbors by keeping your pets on a leash and picking up after them please.

  
  

• Pool Area: 

  Pool hours: 10am-10pm 

  No more than two(2) guests per apartment are allowed at the pool and they must be accompanied by the leaseholder at all times. 

  Food is not permitted in the pool area at any time 

  Glass is not permitted in the pool area at any time
