Get ready for Spring at The Regent's Fitness Center - Open 24/7! February is Heart Month. Keep your fitness goals on track in our FREE fitness center. If you need guidance, you can get one-on-one assistance from Adrian Francois, our on-site personal trainer. He can help you get fit and keep active. Contact Adrian at 225-756-1320 for more information on his current schedule, or to make personal training appointments. Must be 18 years of age or older to access the gym and remember, guests are never allowed in the gym.

BY ORDER OF THE FIRE MARSHALL, we ask that our residents not store any personal belongings or items in the hallways. This includes placing your trash outside your apartment for even one minute. Please keep your trash inside your apartment until you are ready to take it to the trash bins. Double-bag leaky bags to avoid a mess!
Please Leash And Pick Up After Your Pet All pet owners please be considerate of your neighbors and keep your pets on a leash and make sure to pick up after them. Also, don't forget to submit a picture of your fur babies to be put in the drawing for pet of the month.
Kids getting stir-crazy in the house? Take them out for some fun at the playground or explore our nature trail. Don't forget to pack a snack to enjoy at one of our picnic tables.
