The Leasing Office will be Closed Thursday, July 4th in observance of our nation's Independence Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 225-756-1320.
🚗📦 Need extra space? We have garages and storage rooms available for rent! To inquire, please call the office at 225-756-1320. We would love to help you out.
🏋️♂️ Stay on track all summer long in our FREE fitness center! If you need guidance, you can get one-on-one assistance from our on-site personal trainer, Adrian Francois. Adrian can help you get fit and keep active. Contact Adrian at 225-756-1320 for more information on his current schedule, or to make personal training appointments. 💪
🚫🗑️ Please do not leave any trash bags, boxes, shoes, etc., by your front door at any time. All items need to be kept inside your apartment until you're ready to dispose of your trash. Double-bag leaky bags to avoid a mess! Thank you in advance for your compliance.

🏊♂️💦 Dive into pool season at The Regent! Our pool hours are Monday thru Sunday, 10 AM - 10 PM. Please be mindful of your neighbors. For everyone’s safety, review our pool rules and regulations with your family.
