All air conditioning systems are designed to remove humidity from the air and to ensure air is being properly circulated. When air conditioners are not utilized, higher levels of humidity occur leading to unwanted moisture in apartments, which in turn can promote the growth of mildew and/or mold. 

 

It has been our experience that the above problem could be avoided if air conditioners are used. Also, using fans in bathrooms and kitchens helps to remove excess moisture from the air and surfaces.
