Important Information From Your Leasing Office

We hope that you are having a great start to Autumn, and that you are enjoying residency here at La Villa Estates. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

On Halloween, we would love to invite your little Goblins to stop by the office for a treat! The leasing office will be handing out candy during office hours (9am-6pm).

If you would like Trick or Treaters to visit you on Halloween night, we have a paper Halloween sign you can display on your front door or window. This tells the Trick or Treaters that they can knock on your door for Halloween. Call the office if you would like a sign for Halloween night. Children, remember, if you do not see an orange sign, do not ring the doorbell.

Trick or Treating hours are from 6pm to 9pm. If you plan to go trick or treating, please make sure you have a flash light with you and your children are with an adult. Let’s make it a safe and fun event.
Attention Parents: Remember when your kids are playing outside, they need to be supervised by an adult at all times. The playground area is just for the kids and is open from 9am to Sundown. Skateboarding, riding your scooter/ bikes in the parking lot is not allowed.
As the ghosts and goblins come out to play, don’t forget that your Fitness Center, sauna, and racket ball court are open to residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—even for the creatures of the night.

Pickleball Treats: We’re brewing up something fun in the racket ball court, pickleball equipment is now available for residents to enjoy. Just stop by the office during business hours to check out the gear. A quick sign-in/sign-out is all it takes to get started.

Leash And Pick Up After Your Pet. Please make sure that your pet or service animal is on a leash at all times when they are outside. We seriously want to stress the importance of picking up after your animal. Not doing so is very unsanitary and creates the risk of illness in pets and humans. Remember: Do not leave your pet unattended on your patio. This can create a nuisance. If one dog starts to bark, others will join in.
