Important Information From Your Leasing Office

We hope that you had a wonderful winter and that you are enjoying your residency here at La Villa Estates. Please review this important information from your leasing office:


  • Please remember to check your carbon monoxide detectors regularly to help keep your home safe.


  • As temperatures rise, we recommend weatherstripping doors and windows to help keep the Nevada heat out and your home comfortable.

  • Pet owners/ service animals, please make sure that they are on a leash and that you pick up after them. We love keeping our community clean and presentable for all to enjoy. Violators will pay a hefty fine. Please do not leave your PET/ESA out in the patio unattended, this causes issues with other dogs barking and howling a big nuisance that we do not want.
