Important Information From Your Leasing Office

We hope that you are having a wonderful holiday season and that you are enjoying your residency here at La Villa Estates. Please review this important information from your leasing office:

Leasing Office Holiday Hours:

Wednesday, December 24th: 9:00am to 12:00pm

Thursday, December 25th: CLOSED

Wednesday, Dec. 31st: 9:00am to 3:00pm

Wednesday, January 1st: CLOSED

• Holiday Decorating Reminder: As you decorate for the holidays, please do not permanently attach Christmas lights or decorations to any buildings or structures. Avoid piercing or penetrating any part of the building, including patios and balconies. Thank you for your cooperation!
  

• If you are a resident living upstairs and would like to have your pilot turned on, please contact the office. We want to assist in making your home nice and cozy! We understand that many residents have not used their heating system in months, so please test it before the temperatures drop. If you experience any issues, please call to submit a work order.

  
  

• The gym and sauna are open 24 hours. The pool is now heated for the off-season and available 24 hours as well.
  

• Pet/Service Animal Owners: When walking your pet or service animal in the community, please keep them on a leash and remember to pick up after them. Thank you for helping us keep our community clean and safe.
