We hope that you are having a wonderful summer and that you have been enjoying your residency here at La Villa Estates. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The Leasing Office will be closed July 4th in observance of our nation's Independence Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 702-341-5359.
Join us for coffee and doughnuts on the third Tuesday of each month, held in the office during the morning hours. It’s a great way to start your day and connect with fellow residents!
Fireworks are strictly prohibited in our apartment community by order of the Fire Marshal. If you are caught lighting fireworks within the community, you will be charged a hefty fine.
As we dive into summer, we encourage everyone to enjoy our beautiful pool and picnic areas. To help keep these shared spaces clean, welcoming, and ready for all residents to enjoy, please dispose of all trash before leaving the pool area.
We also ask that you take a moment to review the pool rules and regulations with your family before your next visit. Finally, please be considerate of your neighbors by observing all quiet hours while using our community amenities.
Fire Up the Fun — Grills Are Ready to Use! Residents are welcome to enjoy the grills located throughout the property. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We're happy to offer this amenity and simply ask that everyone be mindful to clean up after themselves so the area stays pleasant for all to enjoy.
Looking for a fun way to stay active? Head to our indoor racquetball court! Racquets and equipment are available for checkout at the leasing office, making it easy to jump into a game anytime.
