We hope that you are enjoying this beautiful spring weather along with your residency here at La Villa Estates. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The leasing office is closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.
Prepare your cooling system. To ensure your A/C is working properly, turn your air conditioner on early in the season before the hot summer sets in. If you have any problems, call the office right away so you can remain cool when the summer temperatures start to rise. Additionally, A/C filters are available for residents in the office to ensure a clean airflow in your apartment.
NV Energy has a simple tip for Vegas Valley residents to get ahead of the high temperatures approaching by setting thermostats at 77 degrees when home and 5 to 10 degrees warmer when away.
Should you require pest control services please do not hesitate to reach out to the office at (702) 341-5359 to arrange your appointment. Pest Control is available upon request every Tuesday!
We are pleased to remind you that our gym is open 24 hours a day and is fully equipped with everything you need for a great workout. Whether you're an early bird or a night owl, you can enjoy a fitness session at any time that suits you.
Additionally, our sauna is available for all residents. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a workout or a long day.
Leash And Pick Up After Your Pet! Please make sure that your pet or service animal is on a leash at all times when they are outside. We seriously want to stress the importance of picking up after your animal. Not doing so is very unsanitary and creates the risk of illness in pets and humans.
Remember: Do not leave your pet unattended on your patio. This can create a nuisance. If one dog starts to bark, others will join in.
