• Thank you for making our community look beautiful during the holiday season! Please Remove All HOLIDAY DECORATIONS from your patio, balcony, or front door by February 1st. Management will be inspecting the community. If guidelines are not met, possible fines may be assessed.

• Start the New Year Strong! Make your resolution count with a FREE 1-Class Pass at F45 Training Gym. Pick up your coupon at the front office, but hurry, supplies are limited!

  
  

• Winter Weather Reminders

  • Keep your thermostat steady, even overnight, to prevent pipes from freezing.

  • Check air filters and test smoke/CO detectors regularly.

  • Keep heaters and vents clear of furniture, boxes, or other items.

  • Report maintenance issues immediately to avoid bigger problems.

  • Bring in or cover outdoor items to protect them from winter weather.
