• 🚸 Crosswalks and School Zones: Please remember that school starts early on Monday, August 10th. Slow down and watch your speed in the school zone area to ensure everyone's safety.
  

• Attention Parents: Please ensure your children are supervised by an adult while playing outside. For their safety and your peace of mind, no riding bikes, skateboards, scooters, or playing ball in the parking lot.
  

• Make sure to take advantage of our gorgeous 24-hour pool and picnic areas. Please remember to review our pool rules and regulations with your family to ensure a safe and enjoyable time for everyone. Have fun and stay cool!
  

• 🐾 Leash and Pick Up After Your Pet! Please ensure your pet or service animal is always on a leash when walking through the community. It’s very important to pick up after your pet to avoid fines and maintain cleanliness. 🗑️🚫 Also, remember not to leave your pet unattended on your patio. Unsupervised pets can become a nuisance, and one barking dog might lead to a chorus of barks! Thank you for helping us keep the community friendly and enjoyable for everyone! 😊
