How to Properly Dispose of Your Fresh Christmas Tree

Exit: If you purchased a fresh Christmas tree, please wrap it in a blanket or plastic bag when you bring it out of your apartment. Doing so will keep pine needles off of the floor and out of your carpet.

Disposal: Residents are responsible for the disposal of their trees. You may dispose of your tree in the in the big dumpster on the Southeast wall facing Twain Ave.

Christmas trees are also accepted at the following locations:

- Sunset Park, 2601 E. Sunset at Eastern

- Desert Breeze Park, 8275 Spring Mountain Rd. at Durango (behind community center)

- Mountain Crest Park, 4701 N. Durango Dr. at Lone Mountain Rd.

- Las Vegas Springs Preserve, 333 S. Valley View Blvd.
