We hope that you are enjoying this beautiful summer weather along with your residency here at The Grove at Turtle Run. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The Leasing Office will be closed July 3rd and 4th in observance of our nation's Independence Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 954-344-5483.
Parking lot repairs will be taking place. Notice will be provided if there is any impact to daily traffic.
🏊♂️💦 Jump into pool season at The Grove! Our pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to Dusk. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents, please remember: no glass, no alcohol, no smoking, no pets, no loud music, and absolutely no parties are permitted. Food and alcohol rules are strictly enforced. We encourage all residents to review the Pool Rules & Regulations with their household before visiting.
Game, Set, Match! Are you taking advantage of our tennis and pickleball courts? Residents can request a key for access with a $50 refundable deposit. The courts are lighted, so you can enjoy a match even after the sun goes down!
🏋️♂️💪 Get moving with our free fitness classes. Join us for Moving Meditation on Saturdays at 9:30 am near the playground, weather permitting, or Full Body Action on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm in the gym. Have ideas for new classes? Let the office know, your feedback is always welcome.
