Trick or Treating hours are from 5pm to 8:30pm. If you plan to go trick or treating, please make sure you have a flash light with you and your children are with an adult. Let’s make it a safe and fun event.
Parents Keep An Eye On Your Kids. Parents please supervise your children when they are out playing. This is for their safety and your peace of mind.
Patio and Balcony Fall Cleanup. We ask all residents to please cleanup their balconies and patios. Remember, that only patio furniture is permitted and nothing can extend beyond the concrete slab of you patio/balcony. No fencing of any kind is permitted. Thank you for keeping you patio/balcony in compliance with your lease.

Tennis court keys are currently available with a $50.00 deposit.
