Important Information From Your Leasing Office

We hope that you are having a great start to Autumn, and that you are enjoying residency here at The Grove. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• 🎃 Want Trick or Treaters on Halloween night? If you'd like to welcome Trick or Treaters, we have special paper Halloween signs that you can display on your front door or window. This lets the little ghouls and goblins know they can knock on your door for some Halloween fun! Remember, kids: if you don’t see an orange sign, please don’t ring the doorbell!
  

• Junior Residents are invited to stop by the leasing office on Halloween from 11:00AM to 1:00PM for a Halloween Treat!
  

• Parents Keep An Eye On Your Kids. Parents, please accompany and supervise your little ghouls and goblins to help keep the evening safe and fun for everyone.
  

• Patio and Balcony Fall Cleanup. We ask all residents to please cleanup their balconies and patios. Remember, that only patio furniture is permitted and nothing can extend beyond the concrete slab of you patio/balcony. No fencing of any kind is permitted. Thank you for keeping you patio/balcony in compliance with your lease.
  

• Pet owners, please remember to pick up after your animals. We provide two dog parks and several dog waste stations throughout the community for your convenience. Let's work together to keep our grounds clean and beautiful!
  

• Tennis court keys are currently available with a $50.00 deposit.
