Show off your holiday decor in our Holiday Home Decorating Contest! Decorate the inside of your home for the holidays and snap a few photos for a chance to win a rent credit toward your January rent. First place will receive $300, second place $200, and third place $100. Email photos of your festive interior decor to grove.leasing@namliving.com by Friday, December 18. Judging will take place after the submission deadline, and winners will be announced and notified.
*Rent credits are valid for the month of January.
Give Back This Holiday Season: Help The Grove make the holidays a little brighter for children in need! Donate new, unwrapped toys to our Toys for Tots collection at the Leasing Office from November 16 through December 13.
Kitchen safety starts with knowing what to do in an emergency. Please take a moment to review our Stovetop Grease Fires Flyer for important information on how to safely respond to a grease fire, what not to do, when to call 911, and simple tips to help prevent grease fires in your home.
Be a Considerate Neighbor A little courtesy goes a long way! Please remember to follow all posted traffic signs and community guidelines, and keep noise levels down to help maintain a peaceful and enjoyable community for everyone.
Patio and Balcony Fall Cleanup. We ask all residents to please cleanup their balconies and patios. Remember, that only patio furniture is permitted and nothing can extend beyond the concrete slab of you patio/balcony. No fencing of any kind is permitted. Thank you for keeping you patio/balcony in compliance with your lease.
Tennis court keys are currently available with a $50.00 deposit.
Pool Reminders: Our pool hours are Dawn to Dusk. Please remember that glass and alcohol is strictly prohibited in the pool area. No parties. Please review our Pool Rules.
Please Leash And Pick Up After Your Pet All pet owners please be considerate of your neighbors and keep your pets on a leash and make sure to pick up after them. Also, don't forget to submit your picture of your fur babies to be put in the drawing for pet of the month.
