All persons using the pool or pool area do so at their own risk and sole responsibility.
The Management does not assume responsibility for any accident or injury in connection with such use.

1. NO DIVING.

2. Glass bottles or containers, food and alcohol are not permitted in the pool areas.

3. Smoking is not permitted in the pool areas.

4. Bathing suits only. No cut-offs or G-strings.

5. No running, pushing, wrestling, or undue disturbances are allowed.

6. Balls, inflatables, toys, or Frisbees are not permitted.

7. Life rings, shepherds hooks, and dividing ropes are safety devices, not toys. Please do not allow children to play with them.

8. Pets are not permitted in the pool area.

9. Please deposit all trash in the containers provided.

10. Children up to age 6 may use life jackets, small rings or floatees.

11. All children under 16 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult resident who is at least 21 years of age. Children under 16 years of age will be sent home if left unattended.

12. Guests are the responsibility of the resident and must be accompanied by an adult resident who is at least 21 years of age. There is a limit of 2 guests per residence.

13. Babies in disposable diapers will not be allowed to enter the pool area.

14. No one under the age of 18 is admitted in the Jacuzzi.

15. Loud music is not permitted in the pool area.  

16. Please shower before entering pool or hot tub.

17. The pool furniture is not to be taken out of the pool area.

18. Private pool parties are not permitted.

19. The outdoor pool is closed when it rains.

20. No wet bathing suits will be allowed in the gym, Clubhouse or office.

21. Pools and other recreational facilities are provided to the Resident as an amenity and are not guaranteed under the terms and conditions of the lease. Any resident who fails to abide by the rules and regulations established for the pools and other recreational facilities will be prohibited from further use of such facilities.​

The Rules and Regulations listed above are for the protection and benefit of all, ensuring safe and sanitary operation of the pool facilities. Your cooperation in abiding by these rules will afford pleasant relaxation and recreation for all concerned.
