The summer heat is here! The outdoor pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, weather permitting. Please review Pool Rules & Regulations with your family; glass, alcohol, smoking, large floats, and parties are not permitted, and all food and alcohol policies are strictly enforced.
Attention pet owners... Please be considerate of your neighbors, by keeping your pet on a leash and making sure you pick up after them. Also, please remember when walking your dog to stay on the outer perimeter of the property and don't forget to take advantage of our doggy park for exercise.

Grilling Policy:  By order of The Fire Marshall, grills and propane tanks are strictly prohibited from use or storage on all patios and balconies. Grills must be at least fifteen feet away from the building. This will be strictly enforced. 🍔 Please enjoy the grills provided by Carriage Oaks. When using the grill, make sure you stay present while it is hot. We ask that each resident leave the grill clean and properly dispose of all trash for the next resident’s use, including the remaining ash and charcoal. Thank you in advance for your compliance.
