We hope that you are enjoying this beautiful spring weather along with your residency here at Carriage Oaks Apartments. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
🏊♂️🌞 Residents can enjoy swimming daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Each home may bring up to two guests. Residents aged 16 and older are welcome to visit the pool on their own, but all guests must be accompanied by an adult resident at all times. For everyone’s safety, no glass is permitted in the pool area. Let’s make it a safe and fun summer for everyone! For everyone’s safety, please review the Pool Rules & Regulations with your families.
Air condition reminders for those hot summer days:
To ensure your A/C is working properly, turn your air conditioner on early in the season before the hot summer sets in.
If you need help removing the cover, please call the office.
Reset your A/C after plugging in the unit .
Regularly check and use clean air filters to ensure your A/C is working properly.
When using "Energy Saver Mode" on cool setting, A/C will shut down automatically once desired temp is reached.
If you have any problems call the office right away so you can remain cool when the summer temperatures start to rise.
🏋️♂️💪Get ready to stay fit this summer! Open from 9:00am to 10:00pm daily. Please remember to double check for your personal belonging when leaving the fitness center. Carriage Oaks Apartments is not liable for any personal property that is lost, damaged or stolen.
Please remember that the grass will be mowed once a week, weather permitting. To help keep the grounds looking their best, kindly ensure that toys, bikes, and other personal items are picked up after use. Additionally, please avoid parking vehicles over the lawn edging to prevent damage.
🚴♂️ Reminder: Bikes are not to be stored on patios or balconies.
Attention all pet owners. Please be considerate of your neighbors, by keeping your pet on a leash and making sure you pick up after them. Also, please remember when walking your dog to stay on the outer perimeter of the property and don't forget to take advantage of our doggy park for exercise.
