The Leasing Office will be Closed Monday, September 7th in Observance of Labor Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 763-755-8404.
Leasing Office Hours Update: The leasing office is now closed on Sundays. We appreciate your understanding and encourage residents to contact us during regular business hours Monday through Saturday. For maintenance emergencies, please call 763-755-8404.
Garages are available for $100 a month; Select garages with remote openers ($35 deposit)! To inquire please call the office at 763-755-8404, we would love to help!
The outdoor pool will be closed for the season on Sept. 8th! Until then, the pool is open daily from 9:00am to 10:00pm. For everyone’s safety, please review our Pool Rules & Regulations with your family.
With cold weather on the way, we would like to remind our residents to keep any items including furniture at least 2 feet away from heat vents to prevent a fire hazard.
All Pet Owners Please be considerate of your neighbors, by keeping your pet on a leash and making sure you pick up after them. Also, please remember when walking your dog to stay on the outer perimeter of the property and don't forget to take advantage of our doggy park for exercise.
