• Winter is almost over! A friendly reminder: During heavy snowfall, please do not park over sidewalks. Keeping sidewalks clear allows for safe and efficient snow removal and helps keep walkways accessible for everyone.
  

• Please remember to keep your heat at a minimum of 64 degrees. This is to avoid freezing pipes/ sprinkler burst. View our Important Freezing Precautions Flyer.
  

• Attention All Pet Owners: Let’s show consideration for our neighbors by keeping our pets on a leash and ensuring we pick up after them. When walking your dog, please stay along the outer perimeter of the property, and don’t forget to utilize our doggy park for extra exercise and fun. Please be advised that failure to pick up after your pet will result in fees assessed each time the policy is violated.
