Important Information From Your Leasing Office

We hope that you having a wonderful winter and that you are enjoying your residency here at Carriage Oaks Apartments.Please review this important information from your leasing office:

• The Snow is here! Be on the lookout for snow removal notices. Please remember to park your vehicle so the front or back bumper does not hang over the sidewalk. This will allow for easy removal of snow from sidewalks.
  

• Please remember to keep your heat at a minimum of 64 degrees. This is to avoid freezing pipes/ sprinkler burst. View our Important Freezing Precautions Flyer

  
  

• Keep your vehicle protected from the winter weather! We currently have garages available, some with remote controls and some without. Additionally, plug-ins are available for your convenience.

  
  

• Warm up fireside at the clubhouse, where you can enjoy a cozy cup of coffee or tea. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
  

• All Pet Owners Please be considerate of your neighbors, by keeping your pet on a leash and making sure you pick up after them. Also, please remember when walking your dog to stay on the outer perimeter of the property and don't forget to take advantage of our doggy park for exercise.
