Leasing Office Holiday Hours:

Tuesday, Dec. 31st: 10AM to 2PM

Wednesday, Jan. 1st: CLOSED


Carriage Oaks S’mores and Hot Chocolate Happy Hour

Join us for cozy evenings at the Carriage Oaks Office Clubhouse! Our S’mores and Hot Chocolate Happy Hours will continue through the end of January.

Every Friday from 5 PM to 6 PM (January 2nd from 4 PM to 5 PM)


  • Please remember to keep your heat at a minimum of 60 degrees. This is to avoid freezing pipes/ sprinkler burst. View Important Freezing Precautions Flyer

  • Garage Space Available!

    With the cold winter weather upon us, keep your car protected from the elements. Garage spaces are now available with or without remotes. Plugins are also available for just $15 per month. Contact the leasing office for more details!


  • All Pet Owners Please be considerate of your neighbors, by keeping your pet on a leash and making sure you pick up after them. Also, please remember when walking your dog to stay on the outer perimeter of the property and don't forget to take advantage of our doggy park for exercise.

  • BY ORDER OF THE FIRE MARSHALL, we ask that families not store any personal belongings or items in the hallways. Thank you in advance for your compliance.

Thank you for making our community look beautiful during the holiday season! Please Remove All HOLIDAY DECORATIONS from your patio, balcony, or front door by February 1st. Management will be inspecting the community. If guidelines are not met, possible fines may be assessed.
