Grilling Policy Reminder

By order of The Fire Marshall, grills and propane tanks are strictly prohibited from use or storage on all patios and balconies. You must have your grill at least fifteen-feet away from the building. This will be strictly enforced. Please enjoy the grills provided by Carriage Oaks. We ask that each resident leave the grill clean and properly dispose of all trash for the next resident’s use.
