Preparing for Winter: Procedures for a Safe & Smooth Season

The winter snow has arrived. Please remember our snow plowing procedures and be on the lookout for notices on the main entrances. If you have any questions please call the office at 763-754-1992.

Snow Removal!

Please make sure your cell phone number and vehicle's license plate info are up-to-date with the leasing office to insure you receive courtesy text alerts for upcoming plowing.

Parking lots are plowed 24 hours after snow fall of 2 inches or more. All vehicles should be removed from the lot by 9:00 a.m. on the dates given to avoid being towed.

After snow fall please remember to have at least a 1-2 feet of parking distance between your vehicle and the curb. This will allow for easy removal of snow from sidewalks.

Please keep balconies free of snow. This will prevent damage caused by melting and freezing snow.
