The Leasing Office will be closed July 3rd and 4th in observance of our nation's Independence Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 763-754-1992.
🌞🏊♂️ The summer heat is here! Our outdoor pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For everyone’s safety, please review our Pool Rules & Regulations with your family.
🚗 Garages are available for $100/month ($35 remote deposit). To inquire, please call the office at 763-754-1992. We would love to help! 😊
🐾 Attention pet owners! Please be considerate of your neighbors by keeping your pet on a leash and ensuring you pick up after them. When walking your dog, stay on the outer perimeter of the property. Don't forget to take advantage of our doggy park for exercise!
