🌞🏊♂️The outdoor pool will be open through Labor Day! Open daily from 9:00am to 10:00pm. For everyone’s safety, please review our Pool Rules & Regulations with your family.
🍔🔥 Get your Grill On! Please enjoy the grills provided by Colonial Estates. We ask that each resident leave the grill clean and properly dispose of all trash for the next resident’s use. Please take a moment to review our grilling policy: By order of The Fire Marshal, grills and propane tanks are strictly prohibited from use or storage on all patios and balconies. All grills must be at least fifteen feet away from the buildings. This policy is strictly enforced.
