Autumn is quickly approaching! We hope that you had a great summer and that you are sincerely enjoying residency here at Colonial Estates Apartments. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The Leasing Office will be Closed Monday, September 1st in Observance of Labor Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 763-754-1992.
The outdoor pool will be closing for the season on Sept. 1st (weather pending).
🚗🔑Garages are available for $100 a month with remote openers ($35 deposit)! To inquire please call the office at 763-754-1992, we would love to help!
🍔🔥 Get your Grill On! Please enjoy the grills provided by Colonial Estates. We ask that each resident leave the grill clean and properly dispose of all trash for the next resident’s use.
Please take a moment to review our grilling policy: By order of The Fire Marshal, grills and propane tanks are strictly prohibited from use or storage on all patios and balconies. All grills must be at least fifteen feet away from the buildings. This policy is strictly enforced.
🐾 Attention pet owners! Please be considerate of your neighbors by keeping your pet on a leash and ensuring you pick up after them. When walking your dog, stay on the outer perimeter of the property. Don't forget to take advantage of our doggy park for exercise!
