The leasing office is closed Monday, May 26th in observance of Memorial Day.
Our outdoor pool opens Memorial Day weekend!! In the meantime, you can visit our indoor pool: Open 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week! For everyone's safety please review the POOL RULES with your family.
Prepare your cooling system. To ensure your A/C is working properly, turn your air conditioner on early in the season before the hot summer sets in. If you have any problems call the office right away so you can remain cool when the summer temperatures start to rise.
Garages are available for $100/month ($35 remote deposit). If interested, please call the leasing office at 763-754-1992, we'd be glad to help.
Please Leash And Pick Up After Your Pet
Attention all pet owners! We kindly ask that you abide by the pet policies in place which mandate responsible ownership. This includes LEASHING and CLEANUP. Also, please remember to cleanup after your pet when using the dog park.
