🌡️ Stay Cool & Save Energy This Summer! As temperatures rise, here are a couple of simple tips to keep your home comfortable and energy-efficient:
Set the Right Temperature: Setting your AC to a lower temperature won’t cool your home faster—it just uses more energy. Aim for a comfortable setting around 75–78°F when you're home.
Block the Heat: Close blinds or curtains on south- and west-facing windows during the day to reduce heat gain and keep your space cooler.
Package Deliveries: The landlord is not responsible for any parcels, mail, or other items delivered to tenants—whether left in care of the apartment complex or placed on the premises.
➤ We recommend signing up for Luxor, our secure package system. The annual fee is $20. Contact the leasing office for more information at 404-303-9226.
Food Deliveries (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.): When placing an order, please provide your 3-digit directory code to ensure smooth delivery. The leasing office will not grant access to delivery drivers.
Pet Etiquette: Please do not allow pets to urinate in common areas such as the courtyard or near the columns. Please use the designated areas like the dog park for pet relief.
