Important Information From Your Leasing Office

We hope that you had a wonderful winter and that you are enjoying your residency here at Charleston Court. Please review this important information from your leasing office:


  • Attention All Pet Owners: Please be aware that we strictly enforce a zero tolerance policy regarding improper disposal or neglect of dog waste. Tenants are responsible for promptly cleaning up after their pets on the property, including areas such as ELEVATORS. Failure to do so may result in fines.

  • Please do not dispose of furniture or large items at the compactor. These items must be removed through proper disposal methods as outlined in your lease agreement.


  • Please remember to keep your heat at a minimum of 64 degrees. This is to avoid freezing pipes/ sprinkler burst. View Important Freezing Precautions Flyer

  • Ensure that your patio or balcony is kept clean and well‑organized at all times. Refer to your lease agreement for specific guidelines and requirements.

  • BY ORDER OF THE FIRE MARSHALL, we ask that families not store any personal belongings or items in the hallways. This includes placing your trash outside your apartment for even one minute. Please keep your trash inside your apartment until you are ready to take it to the trash bins.
