• Beat the Heat at Our Community Pool: The pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. As we enjoy the summer season, we kindly ask all residents to follow the pool rules to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone.

  Please remember: No glass containers, alcohol, smoking, pets, loud music, or large electronic devices such as projectors or speakers are allowed in the pool area. Additionally, children's toys and oversized floats are not permitted. Small flotation devices are acceptable for children. We encourage all residents to review the pool rules and regulations with your family and enjoy a safe and fun pool experience!
  

• Patios & Balconies: Please keep your patio or balcony clean and free of clutter at all times. For guidelines on permitted items, please refer to your Lease Addendum.
  

• Package Reminder: Please note that the leasing office is not responsible for lost or missing packages and does not handle or retrieve deliveries. If you experience any delivery issues, we encourage you to contact your carrier directly.

  To help ensure secure and reliable delivery, we recommend enrolling in Luxer One Storage Lockers. The annual registration fee is $20.
