We hope that you are enjoying this beautiful spring weather along with your residency here at Charleston Court. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The leasing office is closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.
Prepare your cooling system. To ensure your A/C is working properly, turn your air conditioner on early in the season before the hot summer sets in. If you have any problems call the office right away so you can remain cool when the summer temperatures start to rise.
It's spring cleaning time. Take advantage of this beautiful spring weather and clean out your patios. Please view this IMPORTANT PATIO/BALCONY CLEANLINESS REMINDER from your Leasing Office. *For safety and maintenance purposes, please do not store items in the AC utility closet inside your patio storage if an HVAC machine is present.
Our pool is open year-round for your enjoyment from 10am to 10pm. Please be aware that our pool monitors will be strictly enforcing pool rules and hours, alongside our property's courtesy officer.
Please do not park in red‑striped zones anywhere on the property. These areas are not designated parking spaces, and vehicles parked in these zones will be tagged and towed.
All pet owners, please be considerate of your neighbors, by keeping your pet on a leash and making sure you pick up after them.
Please ensure that your white blinds are visible from the exterior of all windows and patios.
