Trash is not left in the breezeway and families refrain from storing any personal belongings or items in the hallways. This includes even momentarily placing trash outside your apartment.

Keeping your patio/balcony free of clutter. We require that all residents keep their patios/balconies clean and neat at all times. Additionally, please be aware that leaving grills (including electric ones), and unsupervised pets on your patio space is strictly prohibited.
