Important Information From Your Leasing Office

We hope that you are having a great start to Autumn, and that you are enjoying residency here at Charleston Court. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• Junior Residents are Invited to Stop by the Leasing Office October 31st from 9am to 6pm for a Special Halloween Treat!
  

• If you would like Trick or Treaters to visit you on Halloween night, we have a paper Halloween sign you can display on your front door or window. This tells the Trick or Treaters that they can knock on your door for Halloween. Call the office if you would like a sign for Halloween night. Children, remember, if you do not see an orange sign, do not ring the doorbell.

• Trick or Treating hours are from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. If you plan to go trick or treating, please make sure you have a flash light with you and your children are with an adult. Let’s make it a safe and fun event.
  

• Parents Keep An Eye On Your Kids. Parents please supervise your children when they are out playing. This is for their safety and your peace of mind.
  

• Starbucks Coffee Etiquette: Charleston Court is proud to offer Starbucks coffee to our residents. Recently, some individuals have been filling very large thermoses, leaving little to no coffee for others. Please be considerate and avoid taking excessive portions so everyone can enjoy this amenity.
  

• Patio Cleanliness Reminder: As the leaves begin to fall, we kindly ask all residents to maintain cleanliness on their patios to help keep our community looking its best.
  

• Package Deliveries: Please ensure that any packages you are expecting are addressed for delivery to the Luxor locker. Kindly note that the office is no longer accepting packages on behalf of residents.
  

• Pet Etiquette: We would like to thank all the pet owners who follow the pet ordinances. Please remember to utilize our pet waste stations or your own supplies when walking your pet on community grounds. All pets must be leashed at all times!
