Prepare your cooling system. To ensure your A/C is working properly, turn your air conditioner on early in the season before the hot summer sets in. If you have any problems, call the office right away so you can remain cool when the summer temperatures start to rise.
Now that the warmer months are here, it's important to maintain cleanliness in all outdoor areas. This entails ensuring:
Trash may not be left in breezeways or hallways at any time. Residents and families should not store personal belongings in these areas, including temporarily placing trash outside of apartments.
Cigarettes must be properly disposed of in designated receptacles throughout the community.
Patios and balconies must be kept clean and free of clutter at all times. Only outdoor furniture is permitted. Items may not be hung on or from patios or balconies, including but not limited to clothing, towels, rugs, or flags.
Grills and electric stoves are not permitted. Cooking of any kind is not allowed on patios or balconies.
