Important Information From Your Leasing Office

We hope that you are enjoying this beautiful summer weather along with your residency here at Charleston Court. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.


The Leasing Office will be closed July 3rd and 4th in observance of our nation's Independence Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 770-420-3090.

  • Beat the heat at our community pool. Our pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the perfect place to cool off and relax! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask all residents to review and follow the pool rules with their household.

    Glass containers, alcohol, smoking, pets, loud music, large electronic devices (such as projectors or speakers), and large pool floats are not allowed in the pool area. Small flotation devices are acceptable for children. Please be respectful to our pool monitors, as they are here to ensure everyone’s safety by enforcing these rules. Parties are not permitted, and we ask that all residents be considerate of others enjoying the pool. Let’s work together to maintain a peaceful, clean, and welcoming environment for all.

  • Get Your Grill On! Enjoy our community grills located in every courtyard and by the pool area! When you're done cooking, please dispose of charcoal ashes safely in the grey metal buckets, never in the trash cans or on the ground. Be sure to clean up after yourself and leave the area clean for the next person. Let’s grill and chill responsibly!


  • Only outdoor patio furniture is permitted on patios and balconies; items such as bicycles, mops or brooms, storage bins or containers, rugs, drapes or curtains hung over, grills, and clothes being hung are not allowed.


  • Gate Access Reminder: Kindly remind your family, friends, and guests to use your directory code when entering the building. Tailgating, entering behind another vehicle without using the directory, is not permitted. Please note that if the gate arm or lights are damaged, the responsible tenant will be held liable for the cost of repairs.

  • Do not dispose furniture at the compactor. Please contact a junk removal company. Residents will be charge.
