• 🎃 Jack-O'-Lantern Decorating Contest 🎃

  Get into the Halloween spirit and show off your creativity! Email a photo of your Jack-O'-Lantern to clarinbridge.leasing@namliving.com by Wednesday, October 28 for a chance to win a $150 rent credit for 1st place, a $100 rent credit for 2nd place, or a surprise gift for 3rd place. Winners will be notified on Friday, October 30, so start carving and let your imagination shine!
  

• Parents: Please Keep an Eye on Your Children. As Halloween approaches, we kindly ask parents and guardians to supervise their children while trick-or-treating and playing outdoors. Keeping a watchful eye on your little ones helps ensure their safety and provides peace of mind for everyone.
  

• As we move into the fall season, please help keep our community looking its best by regularly clearing leaves and debris from your patio or balcony area. In addition, please keep the area around your front door neat and free of items that may obstruct walkways.
  

  Please remember that decorations, furniture, and other personal belongings should not block pedestrian access at any time. Thank you for helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community for everyone.
