We hope that you are having a great start to the holiday season and that you are enjoying your residency here at Clarinbridge. Please review this important information from your leasing office:

Leasing Office Holiday Hours:

Christmas Week: Monday, Dec. 22nd: 9AM to 5PM Tuesday, Dec. 23rd: 9AM to 5PM

Wednesday, Dec. 24th: 10AM to 2PM

Thursday, Dec. 25th: CLOSED

Friday, Dec. 26th: 10AM to 3PM

New Years Week:

Monday, Dec. 29th: 9AM to 5PM

Tuesday, Dec. 30th: 9AM to 5PM

Wednesday, Dec. 31st: 10AM to 2PM

Thursday, Jan. 1st: CLOSED

Friday, Jan. 2nd: 9AM to 5PM

• Holiday Decorating Reminder Please do not permanently attach Christmas lights/decorations to any buildings or structures. Do not pierce or penetrate any part of the building including the patio/balcony, etc.
  

• Please remember to keep your heat at a minimum of 65 degrees. This is to avoid freezing pipes/ sprinkler burst. View Important Freezing Precautions Flyer
  

• If your apartment requires any cool weather repairs, such as weather stripping or fixing doors and windows that don't close properly, please submit a maintenance request as soon as possible.
  

• Car wash is closed for the winter season.

• Please Remember to Leash And Pick Up After Your Pet. Attention all pet owners! We kindly ask that you abide by the pet policies in place which mandate responsible ownership. This includes LEASHING and CLEANUP. Also, please remember to cleanup after your pet when using the dog park.
  

• Stay Fit This Holiday Season! Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day, so you can work out whenever it suits you. Join our on-site personal trainer, Toni Fagiola, for Fitness Classes Every Saturday at 9:15 AM. Please meet at the gym. Toni is here to help you get fit and stay active during the holiday season!
