Preparing for Winter: Procedures for a Safe & Smooth Season

The winter snow has arrived. Please remember our snow plowing procedures. If you have any questions please call the office at 507-258-7800.
Snow Removal!
If the snow reaches up to 2 inches, the plows will be out! Please move your vehicle to a spot in a parking lot that has already been cleared to ensure the plows can get around all vehicles.
If your vehicle is not moved from your driveway by 9:00 A.M. on the day of snow removal, your driveway will be unable to be plowed.
Please park your vehicle so the front or back bumper does not hang over the sidewalk. This will allow for easy removal of snow from sidewalks. No parking on the street.
No parking at the end of townhome roads, as this is where snow is plowed.
Please keep balconies free of snow to prevent damage caused by melting and freezing snow.
Townhomes
Please remember all townhome garage heaters need to STAY ON until April 30th. If you have any issues with your heater, please call the office.
