Winter Weather Reminders and Procedures

The winter snow has arrived. Please remember our snow plowing procedures. If you have any questions please call the office at 507-258-7800.

Snow Removal!

If the snow reaches up to 2 inches the plows will be out! Please be mindful of your vehicles so all areas can be cleared. If your vehicle is not moved from your driveway by 9:00 A.M. on the day of snow removal your driveway will be unable to be plowed.

Please park your vehicle so the front or back bumper does not hang over the sidewalk. This will allow for easy removal of snow from sidewalks. No parking on the street.

Please keep balconies free of snow. This will prevent damage caused by melting and freezing snow.

Townhomes

Please remember all townhome garage heaters need to STAY ON until April 30th. If you have any issues with your heater please call the office.
