Leasing Office Holiday Hours:

Monday, Dec. 29th: 9AM to 5PM

Tuesday, Dec. 30th: 9AM to 5PM

Wednesday, Dec. 31st: 10AM to 2PM

Thursday, Jan. 1st: CLOSED

Friday, Jan. 2nd: 9AM to 5PM

• Please remember to keep your heat at a minimum of 62 degrees. This is to avoid freezing pipes/ sprinkler burst. View Important Freezing Precautions Flyer
  

• Thank you for making our community look beautiful during the holiday season! Please remove All HOLIDAY DECORATIONS from your patio, balcony, or front door by February 1st. Management will be inspecting the community. If guidelines are not met, possible fines may be assessed.
  

• The Boulders' Hot Chocolate Bar & Pop-Up S'mores

  Join us for cozy evenings at The Boulders Clubhouse! Our Hot Chocolate Bar will continue through the end of January.

  Every Friday from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM

• Stay fit this Winter! Our Fitness Center is OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK! Our on-site personal trainer Jake Wulff offers a Water Aerobics Class on Thursday at 6:15pm if you're interested in joining contact Jake at 507-261-6900. (Please notify Jake 24-hours in advance for class reservations and/or training sessions.)
  

• Please Leash And Pick Up After Your Pet Attention all pet owners! We kindly ask that you abide by the pet policies in place which mandate responsible ownership. This includes LEASHING and CLEANUP. Also, please remember to cleanup after your pet when using the dog park.
