Autumn is quickly approaching! We hope that you had a great summer and that you are sincerely enjoying residency here at The Boulders of Rochester. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. The Leasing Office will be Closed Monday, September 7th in Observance of Labor Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 507-258-7800.
Exciting News! Brand-new carpet is coming to the fitness center by the end of September!
Our outdoor community pool will be closed for the season following Labor Day Weekend.
🏋️♂️💪Get fit this Fall! Our Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Our on-site personal trainer Jake Wulff offers a Water Aerobics Classes on Thursdays at 9:00am.
