We hope you are enjoying this beautiful summer weather and your time at The Boulders of Rochester. Please review the important information below from your leasing office. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
The Leasing Office will be Closed Friday, July 4th in observance of our nation's Independence Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 507-258-7800.
Please remember that the grass will be mowed on Mondays, weather permitting. Kindly ensure that toys, bikes, and other items are picked up from the yard beforehand.
🏊♂️🌞 Dive into fun at our outdoor pool, open from 9:00am to 10:00pm. Please remember floats, alcohol and glass are prohibited. Please review the Pool Rules & Regulations with your family.
🍔🔥 Getting Your Grill On? Enjoy our grills located between the apartment buildings! Please remember to clean up after yourself, dispose of all your trash, and leave the grill clean for the next resident. Grilling Policy: By order of The Fire Marshall, grills and propane tanks are strictly prohibited from use or storage on all patios and balconies. This will be strictly enforced. Please enjoy the grills provided by The Boulders.
🏋️♂️💪Get ready to stay fit this summer! Our Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Our on-site personal trainer Jake Wulff offers a Water Aerobics Classes on Tuesdays at 6:00pm.If your interested in joining Jake in the pool contact him at 507-261-6900.
Attention all pet owners! We kindly ask that you abide by the pet policies in place which mandate responsible ownership. This includes LEASHING and CLEANUP.
