Important Information From Your Leasing Office

We hope that you are having a great start to Autumn, and that you are enjoying residency here at The Boulders. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• If you would like Trick or Treaters to visit you on Halloween night, we have a paper Halloween sign you can display on your front door or window. This tells the Trick or Treaters that they can knock on your door for Halloween. Call the office if you would like a sign for Halloween night. Children, remember, if you do not see an orange sign, do not ring the doorbell.
  

• Residents are Invited to Stop By the Leasing Office Anytime in the Month of October For Special Halloween Treats! Don't forget to trick or treat at the Leasing Office (9am-6pm) this Halloween!

• Trick or Treating Hours are 5:00pm to 7:30pm. If you plan to go trick or treating, please make sure you have a flash light with you and your children are with an adult. Let’s make it a safe and fun event.
  

• Parents Keep An Eye On Your Kids. Parents please supervise your children when they are out playing. This is for their safety and your peace of mind.
  

• Stay fit this Autumn! Our Fitness Center is OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK! Our on-site personal trainer Jake Wulff offers a Water Aerobics Class on Thursdays at 9:00am if your interested in joining contact Jake at 507-261-6900. (Please notify Jake 24-hours in advance for class reservations and/or training sessions.)
