INDOOR & OUTDOOR POOLS
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY • SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
 

Outdoor Pool is open to Residents 9:00 a.m. -10:00 p.m.
 

Indoor Pool and Spa are open to Residents 24 Hours/7 Days a Week
(Except for Maintenance/Repairs)

• All Safety Equipment is for EMERGENCY USE ONLY and not to be used as toys.

• NO DIVING or RUNNING IN POOL AREAS. No pushing, wrestling or any undue disturbances are allowed.

• TOYS of any kind, shape or size are NOT PERMITTED in or around pool areas.

• Glass bottles or containers, food and alcohol are not permitted in the pool areas.

• SMOKING is not permitted in pool areas

• Bathing suits only. Cut-offs, unhemmed attire and G-strings are NOT permitted.

• Pets are NOT permitted in pool areas.

• All children under 16 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult resident who is at least 18 years of age. Children under 16 years of age will be sent home if left unattended.

• Guests are the responsibility of the resident and must be accompanied by an adult resident who is at least 18 years of age. There is a LIMIT of TWO GUESTS per residence.

• No additional music is allowed in the indoor pool area and loud music is not permitted in the outdoor pool area.

WHIRLPOOL
Due to high temperature, excessive exposure can be harmful to health. FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY, CHILDREN UNDER 16 ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE WHIRLPOOL.

FITNESS CENTER
The Fitness Center and equipment are for adult residents. Please read through the Fitness Center Lease Addendum thoroughly before using the Fitness Center. FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY, CHILDREN UNDER 18 ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE IN THE FITNESS CENTER. NO GUESTS ARE PERMITTED IN THE FITNESS CENTER.
 

PLEASE REMEMBER ALL AMENITIES ARE FOR THE USE AND ENJOYMENT OF RESIDENTS. AMENITIES ARE A PRIVILEGE THAT MAY BE REVOKED BY MANAGEMENT IF ABUSED.

The Rules and Regulations listed above are for the protection and benefit of all, ensuring safe and sanitary operation of the pool facilities. Your cooperation in abiding by these rules will afford pleasant relaxation and recreation for all concerned.
