Important Information From Your Leasing Office

Autumn is quickly approaching! We hope that you had a great summer and that you are sincerely enjoying residency here at Arbor Gates. Please review this important information from your leasing office and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The Leasing Office will be Closed Monday, September 1st in Observance of Labor Day. If you have a maintenance emergency call 507-258-7800.

• 🍔🔥Grill Safety and Usage Guidelines:  By order of The Fire Marshall, grills and propane tanks are strictly prohibited from use or storage on all patios and balconies. This will be strictly enforced. Please enjoy the grills provided by Arbor Gates, we have four on the property, two near the pool and two between buildings one and three. We ask that each resident leave the grill clean for the next resident’s use and properly dispose of all trash.
  

• Pet Etiquette: We would like to thank all the pet owners who follow the pet ordinances. Please remember to utilize our pet waste stations or your own supplies when walking your pet on community grounds. All pets must be leashed at all times!
