🚗✨ Get Your Ride Sparkling Clean! Our Car Wash is now open for all residents! Please remember, this is not a parking spot and cars should never be left unattended in the car wash area.
🏋️♂️💪 Keep your summer fitness goals on track with our FREE 24/7 Fitness Center at Arbor Gates! Stay active whenever it suits you, all week long. Remember, the fitness center is for residents use only! If you need guidance, you can get one-on-one assistance from our on-site personal trainer, Richard Missouri. Richard can help you get fit and keep active. Contact Richard at 404-900-8205 for more information on his current schedule, or to make personal training appointments.
🏊♀️ Pool Season is Here! As the weather warms up, we’re excited to welcome everyone back to the pool! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all residents, please take a moment to review the pool guidelines:
Pool Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Safety First: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Children: Minors under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Behavior: For everyone’s safety, no running, diving, or rough play is allowed.
Cleanliness: Help us keep the pool area clean—no food, glass containers, or smoking permitted.
Proper Attire: Swimwear is required. Street clothes are not allowed in the pool.
Noise: Please be considerate—keep noise levels low and avoid loud music or disruptive behavior.
Health: Do not use the pool if you are ill or have open wounds.
Pets: We love our furry friends, but pets are not allowed in the pool area.

🛒 Shopping Cart Courtesy Reminder: Shopping carts are available for your convenience to help transport groceries and other items to your home. We kindly ask that you return all carts to the garage after use so that your neighbors can enjoy the same convenience.
