• 🏊‍♂️🌞Beat the Heat at our Community Pool! Our pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.  Please remember the following rules: ❌ No glass, 🍺 No alcohol, 🚭 No smoking, 🐾 No pets, 🎶 No loud music, and 🚫 No large electronic devices (e.g., projectors, speakers). Please take the time to review our Pool Rules & Regulations with your family and enjoy a safe and fun pool experience!
  

• Pet Etiquette: We would like to thank all the pet owners who follow the pet ordinances. Please remember to utilize our pet waste stations or your own supplies when walking your pet on community grounds. All pets must be leashed at all times!
  

• 🍔🔥Grill Safety and Usage Guidelines:  By order of The Fire Marshall, grills and propane tanks are strictly prohibited from use or storage on all patios and balconies. This will be strictly enforced. Please enjoy the grills provided by Arbor Gates, we have four on the property, two near the pool and two between buildings one and three. We ask that each resident leave the grill clean for the next resident’s use and properly dispose of all trash.
