Grilling Policy Reminder

In accordance with the Fire Marshal’s directive, the use or storage of grills and propane tanks is strictly prohibited on all patios and balconies. This policy will be strictly enforced.

To ensure everyone can still enjoy outdoor cooking, Arbor Gates provides designated grill areas for resident use. We kindly ask that all residents:

• Leave the grill clean for the next person.

• Properly dispose of all trash.

• Follow all posted grill safety rules.

When disposing of ashes, please ensure they are completely cool and place them in the designated metal ash container located near the grill area.
