Grilling Policy Reminder

By order of The Fire Marshall, grills and propane tanks are strictly prohibited from use or storage on all patios and balconies. You must have your grill at least ten-feet away from the building. This will be strictly enforced. Please enjoy the grills provided by Arbor Gates. The grills located at the pool are currently closed, please use the grills in the picnic area. We ask that each resident leave the grill clean for the next resident’s use and properly dispose of all trash.
